Day 12: Results and prepositions

Concluding Results: There are three things you may wish to include when concluding your data commentary or results section:
  1. Explanations and/or implications
  2. Unexpected results or unsatisfactory data
  3. Possible further research or possible future predictions
Prepositions: Prepositions can be difficult because they do not appear to be operating according to a clear set of rules. They are often used idiomatically with verbs and adjectives, and a preposition used with a verb can even change the meaning of the verb.

Location: Consider the following possibilities for location prepositions:
on the table
at the table
under the table
above the table
in the drawer
by the window
next to the table
